Triodos Crowdfunding is moving to Ethex — what it means for you

If you've invested in Ferry Farm Community Solar through Triodos Crowdfunding and recently received an email about your account moving to a platform called Ethex, we want to reassure you: this is a real, legitimate email.

We know that emails asking you to log in somewhere new, update details, or expect a password reset can understandably raise concerns. So here's a plain-English rundown of what's happening and why you can trust it.

What is happening?

Triodos Bank has announced a partnership with Ethex, another well-established ethical investment platform. As part of this, all Triodos Crowdfunding accounts — including any investments, wallet balances, and Innovative Finance ISAs (IFISAs) — are being transferred over to Ethex.

Any investments you've already made stay exactly as they are — same terms, same organisations — you'll simply log in via Ethex to view and manage them from now on. Going forward, that's also where you'll find any new Triodos investment opportunities, alongside Ethex's own offers.
